Tteok – Tteok is a Korean rice cake consisting of steamed flour made from various grains, including glutinous and non-glutinous rice. In addition to pounding, shaping, and pan-frying steamed flour, tteok can also be made with steamed flour.
Tipsy Cake – Tipsy Cake can also be called Tipsy Parson or Tipsy Squire in America, which dates back to the mid-18th century. This dessert is named after the amount of alcohol it contains. This Cake is also known as Tipsy Hedgehog or Pudding in English.

Tahini Cookies – Tahini Cookies are a cookie dessert made from tahini, flour, sugar, and butter and topped with almonds or pine nuts.
Trinity Creme – Trinity Creme, also called crème brûlée, burnt cream, or burned custard, is a dessert composed of a custard layer topped with caramelized sugar.
Thumbprint Cookies – Thumbprint Cookies are a classic sugar cookie recipe rolled in sparkling sugar, indented, and filled with jam.
Twinkie – Twinkies are American snack cakes, described as “golden sponge cakes with creamy fillings.” A few years ago, it was made and distributed by Hostess Brands and was initially made by them.
Tembleque – Tembleque is a creamy pudding famous in Puerto Rico (a U.S. territory). This dessert is a Puerto Rican specialty, and it is made by cooking coconut milk with cornstarch and sugar, then topping it with cinnamon. There is a slight wiggle when you shake the pudding, giving it the name tremble, which means wiggly.

Tartufo – Tartufo originated in Pizzo, Calabria, as an Italian dessert made with gelato (ice cream). In the original recipe, the dessert consists of a ball created from two or more gelato flavors with either melted chocolate or frozen fruit – typically raspberry, strawberry, or cherry – in the center (following the original recipe). A chocolate or cocoa shell usually covers the desert, though you may also use cinnamon or nuts.
Tiramisu – Tiramisu features coffee as the prominent flavor in this Italian dessert. Essentially, it is ladyfingers (Savoiardi) soaked in coffee and layered with whipped cream flavored with cocoa and eggs. Numerous cake and dessert variations have been developed using the recipe. However, there is often a dispute over its origins between the Italian regions Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Torrone – Torrone is a southwestern European nougat confection made from honey, sugar, and egg white, usually topped with almonds or other nuts and commonly shaped into a rectangular tablet or a round cake. The dish is popular in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and other countries once part of the Spanish or Portuguese empires.
Torta Alla Monferrina – Torta Alla Monferrina, made from pumpkin, or apples and sugar, with amaretti, chocolate, eggs, and rum, is a fall specialty of the Monferrato hills in northwest Italy.
Torta Caprese – Torta Caprese is an Italian cake made with almonds and hazelnuts. It is popular in nearby Naples, Italy, and is named for the island of Capri from which it comes.
Torta Delle Rose – The Torta Delle Rose is a Mantuan and Brescian cake made with leavened dough rich in butter and sugar, rolled up and placed in a baking tin in the shape of a basket of rosebuds, hence the name.

Taralli – Taralli is a toroidal Italian snack typical in the southern half of the Italian Peninsula. Regarding texture, Taralli can be compared to breadsticks, pretzels, Bubliks, Sushkis, and Barankis and can be sweet or savory. Sugar is sometimes glazed on sweet Taralli. French desserts that start with T
Tarte Conversation – Tarte Conversation is a type of pastry that is made with puff pastry and filled with a frangipane cream. It is then topped with royal icing. It was created in the late 18th century to celebrate Louise d’Épinay’s publication of Les Conversations d’Émilie.
Tarte Tatin – The Tarte Tatin is a pastry made by caramelizing fruit (usually apples) in butter and sugar before baking. Originally from France, it has spread throughout the world.
Teurgoule – Teurgoule is a Normandy specialty. Traditionally, it was served at village festivals in Lower Normandy and continues to be a family favorite. This dish’s rice is cooked in milk, sweetened with sugar, and flavored with cinnamon and sometimes nutmeg. The dish is baked for several hours in an earthenware terrine. The Teurgoule develops a thick, brown caramelized crust during the long cooking process.
