Birria – Brirria is a traditional Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The stew is made from garlic, cumin, bay leaves, and thyme with chili pepper-based goat meat adobo cooked at a low temperature. Brazo de Gitano – Braso de Gitano, meaning ‘Gypsy’s arm,’ is the Spanish name for Swiss rolls. Contrary to popular belief, the Swiss Roll was not designed in Switzerland or Austria but central European countries such as Germany and Hungary. Although this dessert is rarely found at family meals in Spain, it has become an exciting staple.
