The first recipe may seem strange, but it’s awesome, trust me.

  1. Triple quinoa and chocolate muffins
  2. My fruit salad muffins

This recipe is quite funny and I remember making these muffins just like it was yesterday – my daughter was making these with me actually and I think she even came up with the name. What I don’t remember, though, is how they tasted – never got a chance to eat one of them, huh. But I think that is a good sign 😉

  1. Gluten-free pumpkin muffins
  2. Gluten-free corn muffins

What do our readers think of this list? Let’s find out!

“I agree with your point of preparing breakfast ahead of time!! It makes it so much easier to get on the go and on with your day. I am always on the lookout for healthy, easy recipes and this one is a keeper.

“Wow! This is a great idea for busy breakfasts. Thank you!”

“I like the idea of making many of these muffins ahead, the only thing I would change is make them smaller muffins.”

“this is great! thanks for the list. i am always on the go and often don’t have time to make breakfast or come home to eat it, this will be perfect.”

“A busy day calls for a fast and healthy breakfast AND THIS IS THE PERFECT WAY TO MAKE THAT AHEAD.”

“Your recipes look amazing and I am excited to try them all. I am gluten and/or dairy intolerant and would like to make some of the muffins. Can you tell me which one would be the best to start with, as well as any special prep or cooking instructions you would recommend? Thank you for your blog.”

“Hey! I’m surprised to read that your blog isn’t optimized for mobiles.”

“I thought the list was very interesting, but I don’t know if I can sit down long enough to actually make all of those muffins :/”

“Mmmmm… muffins! Your website is so beautiful and well done. I love it.”

“Dear readers, you might like to know that there is an app version of The Gluten-Free Homemaker.”

“Hey! I’m surprised to read that your blog isn’t optimized for mobiles. Could you make it so? You could easily monetize your site by getting adverts out on the internet, which is a huge percentage of the web traffic. You can commission an expert to create a website for you and even get a payment each month from the ads getting clicked on your pages. It’s a lot more expensive than an ad, but I know it’s what you want.”

And a little note before I will finally say goodbye to y’all: You’re 1 000, no 1 000 000, no 1 000 000 000 times more awesome and nice and excellent than every recipe here. Love you, love you all!
