  • 1/2 of avocado
  • 1/2 of a sliced red bell pepper
  • Bean salad (store bought)

As I always do, I asked my readers to take part, maybe tell me what they think about my recipes and give me some tips, as well. What do they think of this one? Do they like it, did they make someone important to them happy with it? Did it help them save some time? Simply, what do our readers say about this recipe? Here it comes:

“I made my little boy’s sandwich with this. He loved it. I used cheddar cheese slices instead of hummus, but it was delicious. Thank you for this idea.”

“I made this for my mom’s birthday. She was a vegetarian and only ate quiche, frozen vegetable dinners or salads. She was very happy with it! I used the recipe from this site and added a few of my own things.

I didn’t use any meat of cheese since her doctor had told her she can’t have much because she suffers from osteoporosis so therefore I couldn’t risk her getting an infection.”

“I think that This Is The Brilliant And Hassle-Free Vegetarian Sandwich is the best vegetarian sandwich that I have ever made before! It is healthy and very appealing to vegans!”

“I am not a vegetarian my self, but I bought a lot of foods in order to make an interesting meal for my husband who recently gave up meat for Lent. This Vegan Bean Sandwich was delicious! My husband really liked it.”

“I tried the hummus sandwich on my boyfriend’s request. He had a really great time eating them, but he also said they would be even better with some salsa. I guess I’ll have to try it next time! He really liked them… That’s all I could ask for him.

I was thinking of trying the same recipe, but instead of hummus and avocado, I would use peanut butter and sliced bananas! Yum-yum!”

“As usual, these recipes are so easy to follow and so tasty as well! You’ve done a great job again 🙂 Hummus is one of my favorite spreads.”

“I made this for my family and they loved it! Tasted like a full meal and was super easy to make. Learned that if you use the same thickness slices of bread, you don’t even need mayo, as long as everything is covered in hummus!”

“This was perfect for those days where I have to pack something for lunch, I just packed it with me and had everything ready to eat! It was delicious”

“I actually made this for dinner one night instead of sandwiches at work.”

And a little note before I will finally say goodbye to y’all: You’re 1 000, no 1 000 000, no 1 000 000 000 times more awesome and nice and excellent than every recipe here. Love you, love you all!
