- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 large head green cabbage sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or tamari/soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
