  • 3 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons 50 grams all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons 30 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons 28 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup 240 ml chicken stock
  • 1 cup 240 ml heavy cream
  • ½ cup 43 grams parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • cup sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare Chicken: Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper, then coat evenly in flour, tapping off extra.
  • Cook Chicken: In a skillet with olive oil and melted butter over medium heat, cook the chicken until golden on each side, approximately 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
  • Aromatic Garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until aromatic, then pour in chicken stock to deglaze the pan.
  • Create Sauce: Reduce heat, and blend in heavy cream and parmesan, simmering until it starts to thicken. Season with chili flakes, thyme, and oregano.
